My way

Let me introduce myself.
Grigory Chegorko, naturopathic physician (doctor's degree, specialty - medical practice from 1989 Irkutsk State Medical Institute). After working for 12 years in the Soviet and then in Russian healthcare (10 years in emergency care), I came to the conclusion that modern Western medicine does not deal with Health. She only deals with the disease and the suppression of Symptoms. And given the monetization of all areas of life, including healthcare, when a doctor must first calculate the costs of examining and treating a patient, the Western healthcare system has lost all appeal for me.
Because, strange as it may sound in the modern world, I chose the profession of a doctor to help people.
And having worked for 25 years as a private practitioner, I always follow this goal. I never prescribe anything superfluous, first of all I think about the patient's health. And although I have been in private practice for a long time, I do not violate the main principle - "Do no harm", learned back in my student years.

But I became interested in natural medicine long before I became disillusioned with allopathic medicine. There are no random meetings and events in life. I studied medicine in Irkutsk. A Chinese doctor came there, who, with his results of acupuncture treatment, aroused my interest in this method.
After completing my internship in Leningrad with a degree in neuropathology, I immediately started studying acupuncture at the MAPO Department.
In the 90s, acupuncture was very popular in Russia and thousands of doctors studied it. Then there was the study of various types of massages, manual therapy, hirudotherapy, herbal medicine. I also continued my education in Western medicine, received a diploma of a family doctor and a certificate of a specialist in neurology.
I must say that I received a huge amount of knowledge back in the Soviet education system, which are the foundation on which my clinical thinking, attitude to patients, and desire to achieve results in making a correct diagnosis were built. This was also helped by working in the emergency room, when it was sometimes necessary to make a diagnosis in a few seconds and begin to provide assistance.

But when I got the opportunity to get acquainted with Ayurvedic medicine, it took me to a whole new level of understanding of Human Health.
This is really the Knowledge of life (ayur - life, Veda - knowledge). I have never seen such a deep and comprehensive approach to a person, to maintaining health, to the causes of diseases and treatment. And this knowledge was perceived by me as if I was remembering something well-forgotten old, without any criticism or doubt. How can we not remember about reincarnation!
I also perceived India, where I have been happy to travel for many years for knowledge and health for myself, my family and my patients.
I am happy to share this knowledge with those who want to hear. They give me the opportunity to help people even in cases where Western medicine cannot. But my deep conviction is that there are always three participants in the healing process: God, the Doctor and the Patient. And a lot depends on the Patient himself. From whether he will be able to give up his food addictions, to whether he will be able to understand his mistakes and change psychologically and spiritually. Because Ayurveda heals at all levels. And even when a person goes for a (seemingly) very light and relaxing oil massage, there is a lot of work going on in the body. Sometimes there are exacerbations, the way out of some long-standing problems.
Massage often becomes a diagnostic procedure. A person can live for many years and not know that he has, for example, cysts or polyps in the gallbladder, or a deformity, an inflection of it. After referral to additional examination methods, this is diagnosed, and further actions must be taken to prevent bile stagnation. Because stagnation of bile can lead to stone formation, and can contribute to the development of atherosclerosis of the vessels of the brain and heart. Everything in the body is interconnected!

Sometimes massage is already the beginning of cleansing. One of my patients brought me a stone that came out of the genitourinary tract after the second massage, absolutely painlessly. Which is extremely rare for men.
And what results are achieved in the treatment of severe autoimmune diseases such as Multiple sclerosis (MS) and rheumatoid arthritis with Ayurvedic methods. Where Western medicine can only slow down the process with the help of potent drugs, Ayurveda can remove the aggravation without disability and even cause a cure. Miracles? No, everything is understandable. If we remove toxins, slags and bring all body systems into balance, i.e. provide him with comfortable living conditions, he will have the strength to heal himself. The possibilities of our body are endless. You just need to believe in yourself, think about health, try to achieve integrity within yourself and harmony with Nature.
