Abhyanga
Description of the procedure
Part of traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine, which is over 5000 years old. In translation, Abbyanga means the correct application of oil throughout the body, or on a separate part of it. This is a full body massage from head to toe with special Ayurvedic oils in six different positions. The preparations used are Ayurvedic oils made from extracts of 10-20 types of herbs. Oils are applied to the entire surface of the body and rubbed in through massage.

Indications for the procedure
Body fatigue and fatigue (including many years, which turned into laziness and poor posture). This is the perfect massage for those with insomnia! After just one massage, the person wakes up the next day completely rested and relaxed. Also chronic pains are healed, weakness disappears, the nervous system is strengthened.

Contraindications
Indigestion, fever, fever, overeating; not recommended for pregnancy, skin irritation, high blood pressure.
