• 1 day (10.11)
We arrive in Trivandrum, the capital of Kerala.
Transfer and check-in to the hotel
In a popular tourist destination on the ocean - Kovalam.
Rest, night at the hotel.

• Day 2 (11.11)
Early in the morning (at 4 - 4-30) we go by car to Kanya Kumari to watch the sunrise directly from the ocean (the journey takes 2 hours).
After sunrise, breakfast.
Boarding a boat, visiting the island with the memorial and temple complex of Vivekananda (the great Indian Teacher).
Visit to the Temple of the Virgin Kumari, as the name of the place Kanya Kumari is translated.
Photographing at the confluence of all the seas and oceans that surround India.
Transfer to a hotel on the island (2 hours).
After rest, travel by boat along the floodplains around the island, where a huge number of different birds live.
Coffee in a floating cafe.
Sunset on the ocean.
Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 3 (12.11)
After breakfast we leave for Trivandrum.
Visit to the museum, the palace of the Maharaja of this part of Kerala.
Temple of the reclining Vishnu.
Visit to the Lu Lu shopping center, the largest in the south (optional).
Boarding the train, travel to Kochi (Ernakulam), which is called the pearl of the Arabian Sea (4 hours).
Transfer by car to the oceanfront hotel in Cherai Beach.
Accommodation, dinner, rest.

💫The next day, the 3rd stage begins - Panchakarma - an Ayurvedic program for cleansing and harmonizing the body!

The program includes massages and cleansing treatments.
The standard basic package includes 7 massages, 3 shirodharas (when warm oil is poured on the forehead), 7 cleansing procedures.
The average is 1 hour a day. Depending on the number of days a person can spend with us, I draw up a program.

Additionally, you can get massages with bags with different fillings:
1. Fresh leaves of medicinal plants
2. Dry powder of herbs, spices
3. Rice milk (Special rice is boiled in milk with herbs and wrapped in a bag)
The type and number of procedures is calculated individually.
The duration of one massage is 1.5 hours.

Consultations on the Vedic horoscope are also additionally possible; a herbalist who himself makes liquid formulas for you; a healer who works with chakras.

Excursions:
1. The largest waterfall in south India. 1/2 days
2. A trip to the mountains with tea plantations, eucalyptus groves, spice gardens, where you can see how spices and Ayurvedic medicinal plants grow. Along the way we can stop by a temple in the rocks, which is 3000 years old. 1 day.
3. Sadhguru Ashram, Ishsha. 1 day.
4. Fort Kochi,
