Rich menu with seafood and vegetarian dishes.
The program includes: special vegetarian meals (breakfast, dinner), yoga, meditation, breathing practices, Ayurvedic massages, balancing and cleansing procedures.
We conduct the course together with a yoga teacher from Helsinki - Irina Dmitrieva - yoga, meditation, pranayama.
Additionally: trips to the mountains, monasteries, baths of Aphrodite and Adonis.
