Ayurveda + Yoga in Cyprus.
Today is the 5th day of the retreat. Participants came from Finland, France, and Limassol.
This is not the first time on my course. Some became acquainted with the technique in Moscow, some attended my course in India, some in Cyprus.
Everyone is ready for serious work!
And the atmosphere of the place really helps us in this mood! Everyone loves the wonderful views of the sea, mountains, cozy rooms, delicious food and peace and quiet here. It is very important! I always very carefully choose places to conduct Panchakarma programs for my Panchakarma centers.
By the way, the idea has already appeared to hold a retreat in France.
And in the summer there are plans to hold an Ayurveda + Yoga retreat in the vicinity of St. Petersburg.
